Shipping and returns policy
Shipping
We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
Exceptions
We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free when the amount exceeds €69 and is delivered in Spain, except for the aforementioned territories.
Cash on delivery shipments will have an additional charge which can be seen in the cart before completing the purchase.
Shipments with delivery outside of Spain will have an additional charge which can be seen in the cart before completing the purchase.
Delivery Times:
If the order is less than €69, a shipping fee of €7.50 will be charged. This is generally the case. There is a possibility that some specific products may have an additional shipping fee. In any case, for products where the additional shipping fee applies, the user will be able to see the shipping price in the cart total before completing the purchase.
Orders are usually delivered within 24-48 hours from the time of pickup (not from the time the order is placed) by the transport agency. Only business days (Monday to Friday) are considered. However, this does not constitute a contractual obligation. In some cases, the shipment may take more than 48 hours to be delivered from the time of pickup due to reasons beyond growshopled.com's control, for example, if the transport agency has a high volume of shipments and is unable to meet these times. This is not common, but if it takes more than 48 hours, don't worry, the products will arrive in the coming days, and rest assured that we are already working to ensure they are delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping Damage:
If the products show visible damage to the packaging (bumps, scratches, etc.) at the time of delivery, the user must indicate this to the carrier and ensure that it is reflected in the carrier's transport document. The shipment will be delivered under reservation, and if the product is damaged, we can proceed with its return.
Out of Stock:
If the user makes a payment for an order and we cannot fulfill it because we do not have stock, a refund will be processed to the same payment method.
Returns
Returns will be carried out in accordance with current regulations in Spain, guaranteeing you an easy and efficient return process.
There are 3 situations in which a return is appropriate:
- Shipping Error: If the received product(s) are not the ones included in the order and are therefore incorrect, we will take responsibility, collect the incorrect items, and send you the correct ones at no cost to the user.
- Defective Products: In the case of defective products under warranty, we will collect them and have them reviewed by the technical service. These will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. The time for this procedure will be the necessary time to carry out the review and, if necessary, the repair of the product. In any case, the product will only be repaired or replaced as long as it is within the warranty period and does not show damage by the user or signs of misuse. It will also be necessary to provide the purchase receipt, ticket, or invoice, as appropriate.
- Damaged Products: Products that arrive damaged (bumps, scratches) due to transportation will also be subject to return as long as the user indicates this to the carrier at the time of delivery and ensures that it is reflected in the carrier's transport document. The most common scenario is that the damage only affects the packaging, but if it has affected the products, we will collect them and replace them with others in perfect condition.
- Purchase Withdrawal: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the time you receive the order to return it if you have changed your mind.
The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage and must reach us in the same condition it was when you received it, with its original and correct packaging, without signs of use.
In this case, you (the user) will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once the products have been reviewed, which must be in perfect condition, and the return is accepted, you can decide whether you prefer a refund or a discount voucher for the amount corresponding to the returned products.
To exercise the right of purchase withdrawal, the user must indicate this by writing an email to info@growshopled.com, where they can send the withdrawal form.
How to Make a Return
Regardless of the reason for the return and as long as it fits the scenarios established in the previous section, to proceed with the return you must write to us at info@growshopled.com indicating:
- Order number
- Purchase receipt, ticket, or invoice (for the product to be returned)
- First and last name
- ID number / NIE / Passport
- Address
- Photos of the damaged product
- Our team may ask you for other information if necessary to carry out the return satisfactorily.
Once our team has read the email and verified that everything is correct, in cases where the user must pay the shipping costs, taking into account what is indicated in the previous section, the amount to be paid and how to proceed with the collection will be indicated. We will carry out the collection through the respective transport agency at your home to transfer it to our facilities.
Once we receive the products in perfect condition (see the next section: Conditions for Product Returns), they will be reviewed by the technical service, and the product will be repaired and returned or replaced as appropriate. If the product works correctly, the user will be informed, and the product will be sent back once the withdrawal and return shipping costs have been charged. If the product shows signs of misuse or does not meet the conditions established in this Shipping and Returns Policy, the user will be informed that the return is not appropriate, and the product will be sent back in the same condition in which it was returned to us.
In any case, the user will be informed of the status of the return process.
Conditions for Product Returns
In addition to what has already been mentioned in this Shipping and Returns Policy, to process the return of an item, it must be well wrapped, as we sent it, that is, in its original packaging and also in another well-padded and well-protected package to prevent damage during the journey.
We will collect the products at your home, and you must pay the collection costs in advance. You must write to us at info@growshopled.com to find out the amount to be paid and how.
If the customer requests a collection for a product malfunction (under warranty), and after being examined (the product), it works well, the customer will have to pay the collection and delivery costs of the product to their home. In this case, if the product is used, neither a discount voucher nor a refund will be given to the customer.
